As a Legislative Representative for your local, you are a direct link to their work place safety and holding management accountable for safety noncompliance.  This is done by notification of said violation to management (in writing preferable) and if corrective action or steps have not been taken within 10 days of that notification a safety write up done by you, is sent to the CSLB.  This is as easy as writing down pertinent facts, dates, times, policy infractions by management or a description of an unsafe act and sending it in an email format to the CSLB.
